Rent ranges from $995 to $1,095, with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Water/sewer/trash utilities are included, and on-site laundry facilities are available. Each unit has a balcony/patio, storage unit, and off-street parking. Cats are allowed with a pet deposit, but no dogs are permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the property grounds. "I had a long detailed story about how terrible the onsite manager is for this complex. Unfortunately, due to all the issues with her... it would not post! so, long story short.. if you'd like to be discriminated against and targeted for young age, appearance, and social life, please move in. Lorna is EXTREMELY unprofessional and discriminatory. She picks favorites and only enforces rules on those who she does not like. she post unofficial warnings and letters all over the grounds and on your cars. The management company knows from previous tenants and employees about the inappropriate behaviors of Lorna but sadly, she is still there. PS THE REVIEWS FROM RAVEN ARE DEFINITELY HERSELF"

"We have lived here 6 years very quite nice size two bedroom. The manager Lorna is excellent she trys her very best to get things done she cares about the well being of tenants. Only so much she can do!! The owners have been good to me and my husband. Very grateful for the roof over our heads. Thank you!"
"The Worst place I have ever lived! They will not fix anything! Even if the roof is leaking!!!! You cannot drink the water. The manager is the rudest person I have ever meet. You do not want to live here."
"Rent is cheap and apartments are CRAPPY! Filled with mold, sand/sediment in the tap water, horrible odors and even nastier apartment managers. Lorna is very unpleasant and will jump to conclusions without talking to each party involved. Took an entire year to get my dishwasher fixed. Never did get the plumbing fixed....half the time I ended up not having water due to the sediment in the pipes. Calling the main office in Eugene results in little to no results and never any follow thru. They will take your deposit anyway you can with little explanation and when you ask for proof they hem and haw and say they will call you back, but never actually call you back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE apartments! Stay away from BRIGHT APARTMENTS!!"
