"I looks as if they've remodeled these since my friend live there many years ago. They look nice but the parking and traffic situation is a nightmare and I have a smaller car which should have made it easier for me to turn around and park but it didn't. There was also a lot of people hanging around in the parking lot which makes me think there's more going on there than just parking. This was sometime around 8 p.m."

"Pros: Very spacious units with large windows and lots of light.. new appliances.. best deal I found (at the time) for the $ per square foot. That's why I chose to rent here. There's also large pine trees and small slices of old growth nature around the neighborhood. Maintenance was always pretty good. There are some friendly, neighborly folks who've been here a while. That's the end of the pros. They recently switched mgmt, lost their minds and tried to raise rent by 40% just b4 the new law passed, causing a lot of people to bail, including us, and will likely be lowering their tenant standards even further as a result. Grant is no longer here, so disregard reviews mentioning him. The cons are the neighborhood itself and people that inhabit it. It's full of sickly and sketchy people. Not crime ridden, just depressing, and low class. Rowdy, unsupervised kids outside screaming during the day yelling obscenities, people often up late drinking outside their units, or day drinking, loud music, etc. If you can ignore those sort of things, you might be OK here and enjoy the large units. We could only ignore them for so long. There is no onsite management or enforcement of rules."

"Going on 3 years as a resident in Partridge. Furry friends are welcome that's very important to me. Grant is a great manager who will listen to your grievances and/or maintenance requests and make the appropriate call to take care of it. By the way this is the first complex that I've lived in that provides maintenance request forms. Keeps everyone on the same page to when it will be fixed (keeps my dogs safe) and always has been in a timely manner. If they can't fix it they replaced it. I've never seen such an organized and friendly maintence team. It's a safe place to live. I'm a female and not afraid to walk my dog at night. Of course there are common sense rules to abide like leash your pets and keep your area clean. Quiet most of the time. I appreciate these rules. Only adds to the reasons why Partridge has become a home. A place to live long-term not just a turn around apt."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! There were so many problems I am not even sure where to begin. First of all the apartments themselves are in a horrible run down condition. I am not even sure if there was a maintenance staff. There was always trash in the parking lot. Lawn care was completely out of the question. Rails were always chipped and just not pretty to look at. The apartments themselves were falling apart. We had wood floors and there were parts that were so dented and bent in when you stepped on them they sunk in. The worst of everything though was the apartment management Grant Alexander and Monique Morgan. Do not rent from them. They're con artists and will take your security deposit without explaining why. They charged us $25 for replacement drip pans even though when we first moved in they were disgusting and had food on them. They took almost HALF of our deposit claiming it was for cleaning and painting even though my wife and I as well as three other adults cleaned the apartment for literally 24 hours over a two day period and we didn't live in an apartment with carpets which is usually why people lose half of their deposit. Later I tried to contact them because it was taking longer than Oregon law requires to give us our security deposit and he then claimed that we were "harassing" him. He never responded to our calls and emails. Overall, just very irresponsible and unprofessional behavior and misconduct on their part. We will NEVER rent from them again."
