"I lived there for 5 years and liked it there very much. The manager and maintenance man are awesome and always take care of any repairs or complaints right away. The community is very well kept and I have never had any issues whatsoever living there. The manager will always return your calls and address any problems or issues you bring to her attention. They don't let any sort of bad situations go on and if there are any issues with other residents or loud parties they don't let it continue. The apartments are very large and well kept and they really work hard at keeping the apartments up to date and nice. Awesome complex and staff and you won't be sorry if you decide to move to Laurel Park apartments!"

"Never respond to repair requests. Water heater was never strapped down. The apartment above had a bad leak and when they came to fix it they patched a small part and never replaced the wood, causing black mold to form. (Video and picture proof of the leak) We moved out for safety and health violations, couldnt get into contact with anyone from property managenment, no matter how many times we tried. They have now billed us 1600+ for repairs, which makes no sense being as we took well care of the place, we broke one blind for the sliding glass door, that was it. Found out they charged us for, you guessed it, water damage. Something that wasent our fault or even in our control. We never received our deposit back as well as our ex co signer got the bill. They said he was on the lease still but we have emails confirming he was removed. They have not kept us informed and all they want is more money for things that were beyond our control. Almost forgot about the massive crack in the foundation and the crack on our wall that ran up the side of the wall near the sliding glass door. And the fact we returned the keys, but got charged for no key return, makes sense right? Worst place I’ve ever lived in and even worse management"
