"If you are looking for a slum lord, negligent and disrespectful property management company... this is it. Do yourself a favor and pay attention to all the reviews about how rude the staff is and will mistreat you if you are a tenant. The owner is selective of who she is willing to work with an expects you to do things her way and her way only. Stay away at all costs... I would give 0 stars if I could. Do your due diligence as there are better companies in the Monmouth area."

"Being a renter, having the house you are living in sold is a big fear, so when it happened to me, I was very happy that Monica and the rest at Homestead were there. they made sure I understood my rights and helped me transition into a new place as painlessly as possible. 10/10 I would recommend Homestead."

"Listen to these reviews about the owner and manager Monica. She was extremely rude. Treated me as though my world should revolve around her expectations. I was kind, curious and asked questions, she would not address them and canceled our approved applications. If you are a homeowner beware, she puts her ego before your needs for renters. I have never been treated with such disregard from a manager looking to fill a rental. I loved the unit, but was weary because it was unfinished, I also saw it only during snow, a rare occurrence here in Oregon, and just wanted to see it before agreeing to sign. I was also wondering about what would happen if we waited to sign, she informed me I had till 5pm or it would be tossed. She called me hostile, when it was her pushing me to sign without having the grace to ease my worries and answer my simple questions."

"I have read so many reviews and only recognize 1 name, John. I have only been here a week and have such a good experience with the two ladies, Brianna and Monica. They are so sweet and helpful. When I moved in the floors we’re probably the original carpet from the 70’s, they replaced the floors in less than two days and I am now waiting for the painters. The difference with just the floors being replaced is great. I thought I’d have an issue with John regarding the toilet. The flooring guys had to take it out in order to do the floor behind the toilet, I called Homestead only to reach John, who told me he would see if someone could come out that day (his tone is what bothered me, as if we could just go all night with no toilet and it would be fine), I told him it’s the only bathroom we have, so we need it. Well, he came through, the plumber was there at 4 and he fixed our clogged garbage disposal that was clogged when we loved in. Overall, I have no complaints. Monica worked hard to get me into a place asap, knowing I had just relocated from Oklahoma and was staying in a hotel with two teens and three dogs. Thank you for that. We love it!"
