"I have rented with them off and on for 10 years. They have excellent staff that are always wanting to help get you into a good place. Cost of living has increased and it is so hard to find a good place these days but, western view has many rentals. Their staff are friendly and bilingual and it just feels comfortable when you walk in to talk to them. I recommend for families, college students, young adults, bad credit or no credit. They are willing to work with anyone and everyone."

"Paid my rent on time for the duration of the time I was there. Had to leave because of economy and neighbors. Maintain the space well and left it fully furnished. They left me with a bill and kept my deposit."

"Left a vm about a house for rent that was just posted. No return call. Went to the website that says "updated on Friday". Checked that Friday, and it wasn't there. Checked second Friday and STILL not updated...AND no call back. If they can't answer the phone or call people back how do they manage properties when things need fixed? Seems like a lack luster company. I'd give 0 stars if I could."

"My experience with Jake and Veronica were first class. They did everything they could to help us, on time service calls, you name it. My oven element went out on Thanksgiving one year, multiple water issues, etc. They were awesome. That being said , we paid as expected, improved our property and were good tenants. So before you look at negative comments please consider ours."

"I don't know what their rental policy is like, but I had a great experience working with Amy Bradish while my wife and I were looking for a new home in the Monmouth/Independence area. We were plagued with a bad mortgage broker who extended our closing date four times and we ended up closing a month later than planned. Al the while, Amy was working with us and reassuring me and my wife that we would make it. She was always prompt, professional, kind yet personable enough to make us feel like we were the only client in the world. I would highly recommend her and the Windermere staff in Monmouth."
