"Ick! Kind of rundown and dirty. The carpet was badly stained, dirt in corners and smelled bad. Also, no soap in shower or at sink (glad we carry our own) and the shower did drain - had to stand in a few inches of dirty water. They cut corners to save a dime at every chance, eg thin and small shower towels. The place is rundown and a little gross, who knows what all the ground in stains are (don’t want to know). One pro is that the bed was okay - not terrific, but I’ve experienced worse. Another is the proximity to WOU. We will stay in Dallas or Salem next time at a cleaner motel."

"Everything was great. The on site manager who very pleasant, professional, and informative. He even called us to make sure we would be there before the office called. The room was clean and well decorated!!! Thank you for the nice stay!!!"

"I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived before check-in time that they had a room ready. That gave me time to shower and primp before heading to my cousin's wedding that afternoon. The room was dated, but clean and comfortable. Everything worked and I felt safe staying there alone. It was nice that for check-out I could simply leave my key card in the room and hit the road. My parents opted for a nearby bed and breakfast and ended up in a tiny room that shared a bathroom with other guests. For a better price, I had a more pleasant stay."

"We stayed here for two nights. The location is perfectly located between my two adult children. The on-site manager was super friendly! The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. This is the best two star motel I've stayed at."

"This is a great place for a middle of town hotel like this. I had low expectations, it was the least expensive place I found in the area. But I was surprised. Large room, King bed, couch, table. Blackout curtains kept the room dark even though I was in the middle of town, even after sunup. Coffee maker, iron, of course TV and WIFi. And the room A/C heating unit was quiet! No banging and clacking all night as it shifted into cooling mode. Everything looked clean and sparkly, not so much cleaned but more like a new place. Great ice machine on site, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Probably the best night's sleep I've had in a room in recent year, perhaps ever. Again, I was extremely surprised how nice this place is."
