Arlene Fitzgerald was handed the reigns as overseer of my rental property, and everything went to he'll. Its just like living behind the iron curtain in Russia.. everything is a power and control trip with her. They have taken our outside water hose and sealed up the outside stickers, and there's not allowed to have any flowers or plants to liven up our areas . There's no real yard maintenance and cleanup done. The grounds are always looking shabby and gross and ugly and unmaintained. They have so many other handling the fire with all their other properties that they don't have time for us there. We have had 5 fires within the past 3 months and all they wanna do is take our smoking rights away because it's easiest for them. Rather than listen to our unmet needs. They like to kick folk out to the streets. Instead."
