"The worst insurance company in the state of Oregon. This company knowingly took my policy money gave me a policy that had incidental farming because we grow personal medicinal hemp for cbd (in accordance with OR state law's). A tree fell through my outbuilding during the last storm. They told me on the phone that they would pay for the tree removal and roof repair. They told us to send a list of the equipment ruined so we did. An inspection was done by their employee who decided we were growing cannabis for profit/business thus making our policy null and void because they don't cover your property if you are engaged in business which were not. Now we have to prove and fight for what we paid to have covered and funny thing they gave us a business property damage payment covering $2500 of the small fraction of lost equipment and never cancelled the policy and are expecting more money. We paid up front for the policy which will never cover our property that they promised to do when they accepted our payment. The most ridiculous customer service and plain let down as a company all together. They will take your money and find a way to not protect you."
