"I have truly loved living not only in this environment but more specifically at the Olivia. The facinities are always neat and tidy. If there is a mess somewhere it is always taken care of with in a few hours or the next day. The communication from all of the resident staff is amazing and done in a timely manor. Also I was always told that downtown apartment have an and reputation of not treating their tenets respectfully after they move in and attending their needs. But, this is NOT the case at The Olivia. They are so kind, professional and personable. I am very happy here"

The amenities are great, especially the outdoor areas! The staff is very friendly and very helpful in so many ways! Great and safe parking! A wonderful place to live in the south waterfront!"
