"Ever get a feeling someone... Just doesn't give a duck? The main phone number to the office is out of service! The ducking PHONE NUMBER is OUT OF SERVICE. Management maintains a haughty standoffishness as if this were The Ritz, with front of office staff clearly told to be dismissive to tenants. Had to schedule a meeting with management, so I go through the rigamarole, ask to have my appt confirmation emailed to me, expecting to give her my email address. She responded with a dismissive "yeah", at which point I waited a breath before providing my email address, but before I could speak, "you can go" was all that was said. Oh GEE! I'm obviously an underling and a peon to be so roundly dismissed. And did I ever get that confirmation? Did you really need to ask? So I get called in to work on that scheduled day. I immediately call the front office to leave a VM stating I need to reschedule since it's hours until the office opens. "The number you are dialing is no longer in service" Hmmm... The physical facility itself is second to none, let's be clear. But there is FAR too much pride, and too little respect demonstrated by front of house staff. The janitorial staff however, are kind, sweet, friendly, outgoing, and outwardly helpful. Management could learn a LOT from those two!"
"Wanna be cop Karen- whoever this Karen thinks she is, she ain’t nobody. I wouldn’t rent here if they paid me. Was here helping a friend move. Even though there is clearly a sign that says parking for loading and unloading only directly behind her, we specifically went into the office and obtained permission to park next to the building to load the car. Upon coming back out to the car no less than 10 minutes later, this wanna be meter maid Karen has put a sticker directly on the drivers side front window of our rental car saying the car was going to be towed. On top of that she got an attitude about it and thought she was the parking police when I asked if she was also going to place a sticker on the usps truck that was parked directly in front of us. She’s the one that should have to pay the damages for those stickers she’s placing on cars."
"It is really quiet you can’t hear the neighbors and the traffic unless the windows are open then I hear traffic or the kids in the courtyard playing but it doesn’t bother me I am used to that but when I have my windows closed I don’t hear anything compared to where I used to live"
"I've been here for a couple months now. From my own personal experience, I have really enjoyed living here. The staff has been kind to me in my transition coming here from out of state. I feel relatively safe and secure here. I like that you have to have a fob key to access the elevator. The neighbors I have met so far have been sweet and friendly to me. The laundry room is great, I've never come across any issues personally. The floor that I'm on is pretty quiet, I've never been bothered by any noise."
"Since I've moved in, my bathroom has been flooded (and it took them months to fix), they have broken and damaged my things in the process of repairs, there was no air conditioner that was supposed to be provided because they were on back order. The two little windows barely open and there is no air flow. There is something currently wrong with the venting system making it hard to breathe in my apartment. A guy in thr apartment building next door (also bridge housing) screams all the time making it hard to relax in my apartment. The building has already been damaged by people lighting signs and buttons and things on fire. The elevator has has issues. I'm currently worried about fleas as I over heard a security guard talking about it. I can heard people in the apartment above me stomping around. Communication is awful and things take forever to get taken care of. If I knew what I know now, I would not have moved in. I wish I could move but I don't have the means."
