"I really enjoyed living here. This building is a great option if you want an amazing location, a nice (but not super fancy) apartment, and dont care too much about extra amenities (rooftop area, large gym, etc). The fitness room is nice to have but small. Avin, the property manager, is great to work with and made moving in and out very easy. Be aware that the side of the building facing Williams has much more traffic/street noise than the back side."

"The Albert on Williams was our home for five fantastic years. The building itself is well maintained, and we loved our 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment — spacious, open floor plan, large bedrooms, great appliances, the works. Maintenance issues were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We had a few things that needed to be replaced over the years, and the maintenance team was always quick to get things taken care of. Avin, the property manager, deserves special recognition. Her commitment to residents' well-being went well above and beyond. Avin was always communicative, and helped us out on too many occasions to count. Even upon move out, Avin dedicated extra time and effort to ensure our transition was as seamless as possible, displaying genuine care for our well-being."

"Previous long-term resident, here! The Albert has been my home for 8 wonderful years. This was the most desirable location for my partner and I, whose family has roots in the historic Albina neighborhood. It felt special to come back to the neighborhood where our parents were raised, owned and patronized Black businesses, and built loving communities. The Williams district holds a particularly special place in our hearts. When we moved into The Albert we were recent college graduate low-income earners, in search of affordable housing. Over the course of several years, we were able to expand our careers and increase our income, partly due to the affordable housing program. It feels important to recognize Avin's property management over the last 5 years. When I first met Avin, she set her intention to be an inclusive property manager by first establishing trusting relationships and bringing her professional/inclusive philosophy to our living community. Avin has been incredibly responsive, kind, tender, genuine, approachable and dependable. Avin has also been a thoughtful and considerate community member/manager. Her ability to draw on her emotional intelligence and deep compassionate spirit is profound. I have felt safe and prioritized as a resident. Where there were concerns or issues, there were timely interventions/responses. The maintenance team also deserves immense kudos for their responsiveness, professionalism and community care. For all these years, I have been proud to call The Albert home. It is bittersweet to leave home, but it is only 10 minutes away. Everytime I drive by, now, I say, "Hi 302, I love you!""

"I absolutely loved my 3 years at The Albert! It was a wonderful place to live. The common areas were always clean, the residents are quiet but friendly, and maintenance is quick to resolve any issues. Avin, the building manager, is super kind and helpful and always made a point to say hi and ask how I was when she saw me. From day one she truly made the Albert feel like home because of how warm and welcoming she was. The building is located in a great neighborhood with easy walkability to the grocery store, local parks, and great restaurants. I highly recommend The Albert to anyone who is looking to live in the area!"

Avin, the property manager, is truly the greatest property manager I have ever had! She was always so kind, understanding and attentive if I ever needed support with anything.
