"I just moved into Peloton this week and already feel very welcomed. They have respected my requests with ease. It is a very dog friendly community which is great. Alyce in the leasing office is amazing. Casey in maintenance is very helpful. All in all I would recommend moving here!"

"Really enjoying my time at the Peloton. Jade and Amber at leasing are a pleasure to know and see frequently. The other residents are friendly and considerate. Super pet friendly! The reserved parking, package lockers in a secured package room, storage units, bike parking, rooftop deck, and alleyway are my favorite amenities. As far as the units themselves, I love the floor plans and the large bar top area between kitchen and living. I have a 8x10 ft balcony facing into the alleyway courtyard area, it’s quite lovely in the summer months. I don’t hear my neighbors. I see security walking around at night—feels very safe. Maintenance issues have always been addressed quickly and I’ve gotten a response back within 24 hours each time. As far as cons, there should ideally be 2 more elevators for both the Skidmore and Vancouver buildings. I also found the pendant light fixtures on the bar areas to be ugly and non dimmable but it was an easy temporary fix to different fixtures and bulbs."

"I chose Peloton Apartments virtually sight unseen & was a bit apprehensive before moving. It's 6 months later & I don't regret it. The leasing team that includes, Parsam, Jade, Viviyane & Amber, is amazing. They manage a large building complex, but still find time to be personable, available & just downright friendly. The team goes the extra mile to even throw events together for the residents (& their pets) on a monthly basis. I moved from out of state & they managed to make me feel at home. And, as a bonus, my dog can't get enough of them...so there's that. In addition, the maintenance staff is prompt & courteous. They have added new water heaters recently, been as prompt as possible in fixing one of the inner garage doors that had issues, and reinforced the package room due to a package thief who repeatedly targeted multiple buildings in the area. They even hand sorted and delivered packages to tenants doors for 2 weeks while this was going on. To me that’s above and beyond. Overall, the building is priced well for all the amenities offered & the neighborhood has several restaurants, a well stocked grocery store, & awesome dive bars close to home. Thank you to the entire team at Peloton Apartments for making this a positive experience so far."

"Booked a tour round the Peloton apartments few days ago and they were able to fit me in same day. Job may lead me to Portland and out of the apartments I managed to see over the weekend I would be happy to stay here. Kendra confirmed the tour I booked online and also showed me around. She seemed to have great rapport with the current residents who we ran into while going through the buildings. I loved the communal areas available; lounge area and the roof terrace/firepit. The 2 bed I saw was a great size and had a nice layout."
