"Terrible place to live. I do not recommend anyone to rent here. It's very small, too small. It's a studio falsely advertised as a one bedroom. There's no storage, no pantry or linen closet. NO AC. And it's like a brick oven in the summer. Because it's all concrete; the ceiling, the floor, and 3 walls. It's always 20 degrees hotter inside than outside. The coin operated washers and dryer is in a room with no ventilation, and it gets super hot. We have to pay a flat fee for the water, which I'm sure we're buying the water again at the washing machine. And the washing machine has a very small bowl. All the appliances are super small and a very cheap brand. The maintenance here is also terrible, nothing is fixed right, if it gets fixed at all. I've been dealing with the maintenence since I first moved in 5 months ago. The 1st class property management people are rude and unprofessional and only seek monetary gain, and evict people for bogus reason. There is no water hose, can't wash your car. Can't work on your car. Can't have an AC unit in the front window. Can't even have a magnetic stick on screen door. There are no amenities, and the rent is way too high. You can hear the neighbors as plain as day through the bedroom walls, mainly through the unnecessary back to back wall heaters in the bathroom where you can hear the neighbor take a piss.
