"Delivery drivers worst nightmare. Only apartment number signage is on far ends of the buildings and sometimes barely lit at night. Only building numbers are viewable on the carports, no apartment letters. The only way to know what apartments are on that end is to walk up to that end of the building. None of the letting makes sense. Some buildings are A, B, C, D on one end and some are A, B, F, G on the same end. Some buildings aren't even able to be seen from the parking lot because they're completely behind other buildings."

"I moved out of Oswego Pointe recently and was so sad to leave!! I enjoyed my time there and truly appreciate the onsite team! The leasing team was very helpful and attentive!! The maintenance team was always went above & beyond to assist with repairs and service requests. The location really knocked it out of the park for us. Directly between the Willamette River, Downtown LO and the lake was so FUN/convenient! Farmers market Saturdays, short walks to nature walks by the water and so much more!"

"We lived here for two years, while building our beach house on the Oregon coast. Back then, the rent was average. These apartments have been turned over countless times since being first built. Don't let them fool you... It's the same game, run all over Portland. Nice clubhouse, close to the river for lovely walks. Downtown Lake Oswego, so you can enjoy all the super entitled white people and their super expensive clothes and cars - busy with their super important days, without a care in the world for any other humans at all. If you live here? Your assigned parking will most likely be 300 to 700 yards away from where you actually live. So, moving in and out??? A colossal pain! Carrying in groceries??? Unbelievably annoying! Maintenance staff? Worthless... Most mail order packages are delivered to the clubhouse - so, you have to go there to receive your Amazon packages. You could do a lot worse around Portland, but EXPECT an annual rent increase of $80 - $250 depending on your location. They do the very least to get away with the very most they can. But, again, you do much worse around Portland..."
