"Beware, they’ll charge you for replacing the carpet even if you note the damage at move in. That pre-move in inspection and move out inspection mean absolutely nothing here. You won’t see any of your deposit back even if you leave the unit in cleaner than you received it. If you live there less than 1.5 years, expect to pay for an entire paint job too (about $1000). Aside from that you only have to worry about mold, frequent price hikes, shoddy appliances, rude and disorganized management, pet waste everywhere, you know. It’s essentially a slum with a fresh coat of paint and a pretty garden. Avoid at all costs. You can find better!"

"The apartments are def overpriced. It's in a great location. Maintenance is always quick and curious. The apartments are old though and too expensive for what they are offering."

"The ceilings are sagging from water damage and the stove literally electrocuted me and management didn’t handle it at all. The people above me were an older couple and had to move out due to water damage to their things because of this poorly managed building. I’m going to report them in hopes it gets inspected by the county because this place is a safety hazard. If you’re thinking of renting here and thinking all these terrible reviews are fake, I’m sorry. Please don’t move here and save yourself 40 migraine’s. I disregarded the bad reviews so my kids could have the good school zone, but there are other rental properties with the same school zone. Try not to go through Cambridge."

"I lived there for about 5 years and never had any issues. The staff was always helpful. Move out was smooth and I didn’t get charged for any crazy amounts. Overall I would recommend it. It’s a beautiful area. The main thing I didn’t like was that the water heaters are too small, so you can’t take long baths or showers. I had several neighbors confirm this as well. Also negative is that the walls are really thin, so you can hear your neighbors. I lived on the second floor and was super conscious of how loud just walking was for those below me."

"Renting here was a nightmare. I lived on the second floor. The attic was infested with rodents for 12 months and the problem was never resolved. 90% of the time I went to the office to either check my mail or speak with someone about the nonstop issues, no one was there. The bathroom shower was cracked. The dishwasher was from the 80s. Whenever I would leave the apartment for more than a couple days, the kitchen sink would make the entire apartment smell like a dead animal. Maintenance workers came into my apartment unannounced twice without my permission. Basically, after living here for two years time, this place was ghetto. Pretty on the outside, outdated cheap and broken on the inside. If you love sleeping with animals crawling inside your ceiling, the smell of trash and careless management, this is the place for you. PS the corporate management lives in Portland somewhere and minimized my issues by saying his house has rat problems - saying at least I didn't have rats... cool story."
