"Lived here for almost a year with my son. They sent someone to repair the disposal 4 times, and yet it still doesn't work correctly. Also, the old, cracked, uneven sidewalks in front of our place (we are right on butner) make it very difficult to safely navigate. There is never ample parking spaces either. We will be moving when lease is up! The manager is nice, though and friendly."
