"My parents have been living here for 14 years me only 4 years, and let me tell you this place is trash, like not only is there trash everywhere like it's just wow. Me and my siblings cannot go outside in the yard because there's dog poop everywhere. The maintenance sucks we have a light bulb that doesn't work and they haven't come in and fixed it yet we've called 10times. all the kids in the apartments are rude and I've actually had problems with their parents too and we've had complaints to their parents because they need to raise their children better and also they have been throwing things at our door so we've complained about the kids and the parents because our door now has a mark because they threw a brick at our door. My apartment has a fireplace so we can have a fireplace they're completely fine with that, but when we have candles that's a no go. Also my package is getting stolen all the time. I don't know what is happening but it needs to stop. This is a really big thing for me so they're all like posting how their apartments are so nice and how they have all this free parking and stuff and how like the garages are so nice but let me tell you, the garages are falling apart and they make us pay for parking like it's it's just yeah and then like the garages have mold and it's not just spider webs there's rats living in there and now that they're tearing down the garages the rats are moving into the apartment. And down by the end of the apartments around like the 100s there is a sewer that floods and it's bad it's really bad. It's actually interfering with the kids because they can't walk to the bus stop they have to go through the water and that's a really big thing so they have to walk on the dangerous road so they can get to the bus stop and that's a problem. The roofs of the apartments are collapsing and some buildings and they're redoing the roof, which is good because we need that. I don't know how much my parents pay for the rent and all the bills but I don't recommend this apartment. It looks nice on the outside but when you actually move in it's horrible"

"I’m just gonna air out after only living here almost two months. Found these apartments online and thought they were super nice! Did a virtual tour online as I lived out of state, it was a unit with all hardwood floors and updated appliances but no washer/dryer. I asked for a washer and dryer and they said they had an identical unit, but on the first floor and it had a washer/dryer. I asked for pictures of the unit and Trinity at Centro Management Said it was complicated, but she would try and get pictures to me. They never did. Fast forward to when we arrive to our new apartment out of state. Parking is horrible, surrounded by a bunch of dilapidated garages and our apartment has shag carpeted bedrooms, no updated appliances, no sprayer sink in the kitchen, no storage ANYWHERE, seriously you get 6-7 small cupboards and the dumpster full of furniture was right out front. They took the furniture but almost every week theres more outside. This week it’s a couch (picture included). The kitchen won’t fit a croc pot or instant pot and I have to keep them in the hallway closet. I pay $1825 and I just feel so ripped off and scammed. This place is NOT worth the money. Nobody cleans up after their animals. They redid the parking lot a month ago and basically it was a free for all if your side of the parking lot was being worked on. I came home to find someone parked in my spot multiple times. When I called Centro about it (they never answered or called back) there was a text sent out that said you could park illegally in the fire lanes. How is that safe? Not only that but there was hardly ANY visitor parking and they took away even more spots and make you pay for a permit now or they have three visitors spots to “staff”. I am not close to the leasing office so it’s clearly for maintenance and they drive golf carts, you need a whole three parking spaces for that? My family couldn’t even park anywhere when they came to visit because there’s no public parking lot close by and residents absolutely park their multiple cars or broken down cars in visitors spots for months. Also they had someone in the leasing office but she quit and it’s been about a month and nobody’s been hired. Nobody is here to regulate, communicate, or manage this complex.I included pictures from two different occasions of garbage left out by the dumpster and the dilapidated garages that line the complex for reference. Also now that it’s winter, the parking lot floods over the curb."

"I’m living here for almost 2 years now, and it’s very comfortable and I love the size of the apartment and the no carpet floors. The property manager Mike is great! Very friendly, diligent and always gives you a solution."
