"Sunfield Lakes is the best apartments that I’ve ever lived at. I’ve been here for almost 3 years now and planning on moving into a bigger place here there are just the most sweetest people ever in the nicest people I’ve ever met and will do anything to make sure that they’re tendons are well well taken care of I’m so excited to branch out and move Bigger place within the same apartment complex I do highly recommend For a good place to live"

"Edit: the person I emailed followed up with me about my one star review and apologized. I apologized, too, for being a little rash. I was disappointed in the on site customer service, but the follow up and the fast emailing was very helpful. Only three stars just because of my initial experience, and they unfortunately do not have the three bedroom we need, so I can't speak to how it would be to live there. I called on a Friday, no answer. We tried to visit on Saturday, they were out of office. We tried to wait for a while to see if they would come back, and we ran into a maintenance person. He said they had gone to lunch (it was after 3pm) and said, "They'll be back soon. I don't know how long soon will be, maybe 15 minutes, maybe an hour". We waited a half an hour before giving up. Tried calling back on Monday, still no answer. I sent inquiries through their website, finally got an email back. They said they didn't have any 3 bedrooms available within our time frame (the end of our lease is in April). I said we would be willing to go month to month on our current apartment to wait if one was coming available within the next couple of months. They said they're not available often and that they didn't offer month to month leases. He completely misunderstood what I was saying [and it was cleared up later]. But if they're not often available, then they need to eliminate them from that part of their website. It said there was availability last week, and to call and ask otherwise. But no one answered the phone, and obviously some of the people that work there are not happy to do so. Very disappointed."

"First apartment living in 30 years and it’s great here! The grounds are kept clean and green and beautiful. Maintenance is addressed immediately and their small crew is wonderful! Office staff are the best!!! I have been here for almost 2 years and will sign up again for another. I really love it here.❤️"

"Great place to live. Everyone was really friendly and noise was non existent. Great starter apartment, I do have to say maybe more upgrades in the apartments but other than that everything was nice."

"This is a great place to live and Billy and Morgan in the front office are very responsive and easy to work with. The apartments available (particularly the ones that aren't renovated) tend to be older. Management is good at fixing repairs in a timely manner. My only "complaint" are the twice yearly inspections that occur during the work day which can be a challenge if you have a pet and need to be present. It's a small "complaint." Finally, the location can't be beat!"
