"The current management, Lisa and David are amazing! They are warm, kind, efficient and keep the property well-maintained. I believe most of the poor reviews are due to Alicia, the previous manager before them. Thankfully we have Lisa and David now and it is truly a Great place to live! Walking distance to everything, great schools, open grass area for kids to play."

"I have lived here for 2 years and have been happy for the most part. The apartments are older but well maintained. They are well insulated and I very rarely hear the neighbors around me. I have never had an issue getting things fixed, and rent is consistent. There was a rough period that was 100% bad management. The current management team (Lisa and David) are awesome to work with and so much better than the last manager."

"This used to be a great place to live, but the new apartment managers have made our experience here unbelievably stressful. We get written notices MONTHLY and the last one was for letting our cat outside! Also, as soon as began working here, they kicked me out of my parking spot and took it for themselves (giving them 2 covered parking spots)! Their bad attitude makes it very difficult and undesirable to work with them."

"The new management are some of the worst people I've ever come across. The lady has the worst attitude. They are never in the office even though they LIVE HERE. They stated they wanted to make this more like a home setting....yet we cant have plants, umbrellas, wind chimes or anything the belongs outside, outside."
