I have been trying to port my voucher to a different area and have been indecisive and chaged my mind several times. She has been very patient and kind even when I've caused her a lot of extra work. The others I've workd with have also been very professional and quick too respond to all my needs. And trust me, there has been many. lol. "I had a very good relationship with my Housing Specialist, Cecilia Larson. She is an expert in her line of work, extremely organized, professional, and thorough. The office is neat clean & tidy. The main front desk receptionist is professional, patient, kind and thorough as well. They also have a bulletin board with listings of available rentals. Most HUD staff members business cards are available on the wall."
"They have been very kind and helpful working with me and my difficulty understanding and other problems associated with my chronic illness. I just have to remember that they are restricted to the boundaries set by the government. We, ourselves simply have to remember that some tasks are HUD's., others are the landlord's and the HUD recipient. I have no complaints! I enjoy working with them. ."
