"Jackson is so easy to deal with! I have switched from another County Finanical agent and I am so glad I did! He is so helpful and fast! He even answers my questions outside of the normally 8 to 5 work hours. Anytime I have a question or concern, Jackson handles it with extreme care! When I call the office the girls are so nice and helpful!!"

"This is the WORST car insurance company I have ever dealt with. First off, one of their clients hit me while I was STOPPED at a CROSSWALK waiting for people to cross the street. It took a week of me calling them trying to get ahold of my claims adjuster. Most of the time I was just sent to his voicemail and his inbox greeting sounded more like he would rather have hung himself off the rafters than spend another minute doing his job. Eventually I got through to a girl who said that my claims adjuster was busy and he had tried to get ahold of me but was sent to a voicemail box that wasnt set up. Mine is set up and I have zero missed phone called from the last week! She did say could help me though. Her "helping me" was more like an interrogation trying to get me to say something that would make me getting rear ended while STOPPED at a crosswalk was my fault. I am then told that they have to talk to the person who hit me to make sure that he hit me. Even though they told me that he had left a voice mail about it? Okay fine. I get ahold of the person who hit me and ask him to call the insurance company because they are trying to get ahold of him. He does and i have to call them again to make sure that I am sent a check for the damages to my car. They do get me a rental car. Fantastic! They sent me to the worst rental company. The company didn't have any cars ready when I came to pick up the car and they had to call another company to get more cars from them! WTH I have the rental car for about 3 weeks and I decided to call and check on my car. They said my car was done and that my claims adjuster had told them that he would call me! I have ZERO missed phone calls and ZERO voicemails from them. Go figure, right? So I drop the rental off to find out that the insurance company had stopped paying for the rental when my car was done and I had to pay for the remaining days that I had had the rental. That would be fair expect no one got ahold of me to let me know that my car was done and the entire time I was treated like a criminal for letting people cross the road. Next time I have to deal with Country Financial for anything you garentuee I am going to have a lawyer doing it for me. These people are terrible. They're the criminals that offer insurance and try to protect criminals."
"As an agency they are well known for hiring you, using up all your contacts, then letting you go once your leads dry up. If they want to take your clients or prospects and give them to another agent, they can do that because you "are all one big team"."
"The best place to work. My wife works here too. Love it"
