We started going here when Debbi was the main provider but I'm still more than happy with our experiences here since she passed. I called today because my infant son had a concerning ear infection and they were able to get us in the same day to be checked on. I really appreciate you all!"

"I have been going here for over 5 years since the birth of my first child. Today I went in there for a 10:45 appointment and was in the parking lot by 10:53. After getting my two little ones shoes on and walking to the location they used to be in, reading a note posted on the door saying how they relocated a couple doors down and then finding there new office it was a few mins before 11 am. I was told to have a seat since the receptionist was on the phone with another patient. When she was ready for me I was asked the Covid questions and then she told me because it was 11 am they would not see my daughter. I asked to talk to the person who made this new policy, a woman named Aaron, and explained to her that I drove a long way to get here (from Williams), that we a struggling family barely affording food right now let alone the $20 in gas that it took to get here and back to home. I was kind, respectful and calm throughout my entire communications with her and she still would not honor our appointment time and said we would have to reschedule. They had an empty waiting room and only one patient in the entire building. The new late policy was never communicated with me. Additionally, when I called a couple weeks ago to get an appointment for my sick daughter they said they were renovating and to just try some at home remedies even though I was seriously concerned about a nasty cough she had for almost a month. Deborah is no longer the doctor there. She was great. Compassionate, sincere, and intuitive. After having all 3 of our kids here for years it is very upsetting to be received with so little compassion. With all the hardship these days one would hope for more compassion for our fellow humans and lifting each other up. Sadly, I will be seeking a new pediatrician."
