"We have been seen for speech services here for several years between two of our kiddos. Therapists have been awesome, unfortunately the policies are horrible, and the front office staff either does not care or has been trained to reflect that sentiment. There are many other choices for speech, OT and PT - I encourage you to look for a provider with policies that are enforced in a way that is verifiable. In the end we were discharged over literally 1 minute- would have to go through referral and intake process again to be seen- leaving my daughter without services while they collect$- no thank you."

"Loved the therapist. She was extremely knowledgeable. Parking is an issue for sure so be prepared to walk a little. I also called the office to ask about parking and the receptionist was very kind and gave me directions for parking. I thank you. I understand they have new office personal so hopefully this will be a good experience. So far so good. I hope they understand they are working with parents that may have high anxiety and panic attacks just to find the place and then have difficulty finding parking and give some kindness and grace. Get a three for parking issues. Will return after a few sessions and update."
