"The front desk attendant seemed annoyed that I didn't read an email that was sent 8 days prior stating they were a contact less check in. Had ants inside the unit. Called and emailed, and the response was quick. Maintenance gentlman that sprayed and cleaned was nice and respectful. The smell from the spray was the exact smell that the unit had when arriving, making me assume they are aware of the situation already. Water pressure would die when another unit would flush toilet or attempt to turn on their shower. The view was great, and the unit was cute."

"I don’t even know where to begin…. This hotel is amazing. We have our go to spot here and it was unavailable. So we took a chance with a new place. We find that normally when we do that there is some sort of issue, shower drains not draining or bad water pressure or horrible beds etc… D SANDS hotel!!! The bed COMFY, the pillows COMFY, water pressure perfect, no drain problems, we could hear the ocean all night long! Best sleep I’ve had in ages! Thank you for having a spectacular spot on the beach in Lincoln city!…… just to add a note…. We already booked our next month trip here as well and requested our room! This hotel is seriously fantastic! Thank you again!"

"4 stars because the hot tub was broken. But the proximity to the ocean was wonderful. Just a short walk down to the beach & water spigots by the exterior doors to wash the sand off your feet. We could sit on our covered patio, feed the seagulls, and watch the sunset & waves. The interior was clean and well stocked. Tons of windows to watch the ocean & birds from inside if we chose. Beds were comfortable. Dvd player was a little tricky but we got it figured out. Covered parking too. Very nice. I’ll be back."

"What a spot! Our only hiccup was the size of the toilet. Our ocean view was amazing and very captivating. We had a comfortable stay. If it weren't for the teeny tiny toilet, I could live here. Many don't think about a toilet being an aspect for differently abled people. -Regina"

"Very pleased! We did a last minute trip to the beach with our 3 kids. I was a little worried because there seemed to be mixed reviews. But I wanted somewhere right on the beach and the rates were amazing. The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I love that we could just go straight to our room with no hassle and don’t have to carry around a room key. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony with the view of the ocean was perfect! My kids enjoyed the pool each night after a day out. It was heated and very comfortable. Just overall very happy with our stay. I will probably try to stay here each time we return for a beach trip."
