"Beautiful seaside location we can watch the waves from our silding glass back door. Clean and relaxing. Theres a pool room and ping-pong table, a swimming pool and sauna. They have dvds and games at the office. I've been coming here every christmas since 2016"

"Wes stayed in Room 38, it was not super fancy and the decor was interesting but the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. The owners and property both put care into everything, and it shows. But it's is Older and Not Fancy, so set realistic expectations for the Price, which was Phenomenal for everything we got. Pool says it closes at 7, but the staff on duty let us play till 9 when he saw we had kids. No hot tub, but the pool has jets and was decently warm, though it is still not ideal to run across the packing lot freezing to get home (utilize the saunas). But it's oregon, if you want to swim for cheap, it's what we do. 84 steps to the beach, but if you walk down the hill to the public entrance, it's a little shorter, beautiful view at night from there, too!"

"Great views. The room was clean and quiet. A few updates needed...TV was very small, dvd player did not work, ceiling fan did not work in bedroom. No other fan was available for air flow. We still enjoyed being there, but having added comfort measures would have made it better."

"In 10 years I've never stayed at the same hotel twice, now I'm looking for a reason to go back here. It's a great middle ground between airbnb and hotel. Not new or fancy but reliable and clean in the heart of Lincoln City with a killer view."

"Staff was friendly and efficient. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and very spacious! Loved the view, once the fog burned off! The above review was a year ago, this year was not nearly as great. We were put in a room we were not expecting ( 2 full beds with a pull out couch instead of a king bed) and not ocean view from our room. When I asked why it was not what we had reserved I was told we could upgrade for almost $200, which I chose not to pay. I also asked about a microwave as we brought food for our kids that they could easily microwave. I was told the electrical panel could not handle microwaves in those rooms. There were holes in the carpet and walls. Our family loved the pool though and enjoyed the sunset view in the opposite side of our room."
