"Took my son there for an eye exam because his eyes were bothering him. The experience in the office was really good. A few months later we get a bill from them that is more than triple what it should have been. The reason they give me for this that because my son had a medical exam instead of an eye exam, they have to bill it differently. Neither my husband or I were told it wouldn’t be a standard eye exam. It feels like shady business practice to just switch services like that and not tell the patient or, in this case, their parents."
