"Had an angiogram done on 8/24/23 in the middle of surgery I started having double vision I told the surgical team nothing was done and they continued on. When I went back for recovery I said again I was seeing double nothing done, when I was getting discharged I said it again to the nurses and doctor still no one looked at my eyes or assessed me. The next morning my husband took me to the ER where I learned I had a stroke. Please start assessing your patients when there are issues."
