"Don’t know which receptionist spoke to me on the phone today. She was incredibly rude and demeaning. I wanted to make a plan for my bill but every time I called they were busy and to pay online I have to pay half or full and I didn’t have the funds to do so. As I was trying to set a payment plan she would make remarks like “why are you calling now”, “you should’ve made a payment”. I was trying to explain but you could tell she was annoyed. She then tells me “well what do you want to do” in a very rude tone. I am always patient with people because you never know what they’re going through. But this lady was something else. Needs to be fired. In order to work as a receptionist you need to be a people’s person."
