"Dr Rasky was super rude to my wife. He kept calling her the wrong name even after she corrected him. He was calling her super uncooperative when she was doing her best. (She had a scratched cornea, about 80% of it) When he finally realized that he should numb her he did but one second later he was mad at her again for not cooperating but he didn't give the numbing any time to start working. Sent her home with just antibiotics nothing else to help with the pain. Saw a different eye doctor the next day and they gave her a type of contact bandage for the pain so there was things that he could have done. A little bit of a side note he didn't even ask who I was and kept calling me just her friend. Overall very unhappy."
"My experiences here have been excellent in all respects. First, I was treated by Dr Jay Chapman. When he retired, I transferred to Dr Corey Baptiste. Both ophthalmologists are board certified, and provide excellent care. The staff is wonderful, and the affiliated optical shop is staffed by caring, knowledgeable opticians. I’ve been a patient here for several years, and give PH Eye Care my very highest recommendation."
"I love going here. It's is for my daughter, who has amblyopia. Our tech is Andrea and she is lovely. So friendly and nice. Generally on time when we visit her. We used to see Dr Chapman, who is an amazing fun doctor and is now retired. We now see Dr Baumgarner and he is great as well. This place takes care of you."
"If you have Amerigroup/Eyequest, or a doctor's referral, don't bother trying to make an appointment here. My insurance states that this is a participating clinic, yet they deny accepting this insurance. They will not answer their phone when your insurance calls them to ask questions. Do yourself a favor and go-to Vision Quest in Vancouver Mall by Jimmy John's."
"Went here to refresh my prescription. Had a weird experience with the tech and the prescription gave me double vision. Took forever to get a follow-up appointment. Arrived on time and was told it would take two hours. I don't know who can take half a day off without advanced notice. I get the impression that they are a lot more interested in high volume insurance billing than helping with your vision."
