"If you are referred here, get a new referral. My husband was injured on the job. It was an obvious tear in the shoulder. He was sent to PT for a month before an MRI was even ordered. 2 tears. Surgeon just shook his head and said "you should have been in here a month ago". Now we are 2 months past the injury date and waiting for surgery. Very disappointing for a Providence clinic."

"This woman doctor here was very inappropriate. I feel she needs sensitivity training at the very least and I left there feeling molested after her handling me, after them insisting I remove my clothes and wear a robe. Something I never had to do at any other DOT medical certifications / physicals before. From what I hear Providence causes CDL personnel lots of unnecessary trouble and hurdles. My clinic also informs me that she committed HIPPAA violations. You’re better off paying out of pocket to go to a real occupational doctor that will do what’s actually needed. I’m currently fighting to get my letters to release her hold in my certification. I’d stay away from her and Providence especially if you’re LGBTQ+"

"I gave my grandson a ride to get a test for his work. It took over 2 hours & he couldn’t leave or use their bathroom when he had to pee bad. Very poor customer service despite this sign posted."

"Trying to call and schedule an appointment (or even adjust one) is a nightmare. You will sit on hold for hours waiting for someone to pick up the phone. There is an option to leave a call back number and receive a call when they are available but I'm 99% sure those go straight to the trash. I have never been called back once. Providence, add more scheduling staff so we don't have to waste our time."

"I was not pleased at all with the front desk staff member on 9-14-2023 @ 2:20pm. I was a walk in for a drug screen urine test. I had already been waiting for a long time struggling as I needed to relieve my self for the test. I asked politely for an estimate of time for the test after I have been watching my file sitting there untouched for a quite a while and her response was very defensive and she had an angry tone in her voice telling me that when they find out what they need to find out that they would be with me and take a seat. She was this way in front of the other people in the lobby creating an uncomfortable environment. I don't understand why she couldn't have been more polite when I politely asked about a time estimate. She could clearly see that I needed to get in soon because I was struggling but she seemingly prefers to let me struggle with no assurance that my name would be called any time soon."
