"If you or your loved one want professional, competent care, go elsewhere. We endured constant miscommunications, staff forgetting to send orders or rxs, outrageous hold and response times, rude staff and inexperienced nurses here. They would tell my mother she needs surgery, then we'd call to schedule it only to be told the Dr wants her to do chemo first. So we'd try to schedule that only to be told she needs surgery first. They'd call us to confirm a surgery for the next day that we never scheduled or knew about, or to cancel appointments at the last minute while we're literally driving there- very upsetting and confusing for my mom. We listened to the front office staff loudly make fun of an elderly lady who'd come in and was mistaken about the time of her appointment. We were treated like an inconvenience from day one. Zero bed side manner from front to back end. This entire clinic exists only to take your money and the director needs to review all their practices line by line to improve every aspect of care. If you want a Dr who will be there for you, who you can actually reach when it's important, or who cares about your health, don't go here."
