I couldn't recommend them enough. I recently had a chance to work with Kerry for some PT work, and I couldn't have been more impressed. She understood my sport and the injury I was working through, went above and beyond to give me a breakdown of what was happening with my injury and then gave me exercises to help stretch and strengthen the affected area. She also sent me an email with video of myself doing the exercises and included instructions so we could measure my progress as I went along.
