"We were told our appointment would be at a certain time. We showed up 15 minutes early. We watched 2 other people go in ahead of us one whose appointment was scheduled at the same time as us and one whose appointment was a half hour after us. Never once was it communicated that we would have to wait past our appointed time. When I asked the receptionist she jokingly said, “We thought we could get you in at your scheduled time but everyone showed up, We thought there was going to be an opening.” After sitting 45 minutes being responsibly 15 minutes early there was nothing funny about the situation. Do not make an appointment that you cannot keep. Make it at the actual time you know you have an opening. We were finally taken back 1 hour and 11 minutes from our arrival. Doctor was fast and efficient."
