"Beautiful, convenient, friendly, fast… this clinic is everything I want and need in a dr office. Their travel clinic advice is free through their app and so helpful! I got all the info and vaccines I needed for my trip to Thailand."

"Impossible to get ahold of anyone to book an appointment or confirm insurance info. Not worth $200 for "great customer service" when they don't return phone calls or answer the phone."

"Don't let the membership fee discourage you, this place is great. The office is nice, super clean and comfortable. All the staff I've interacted with there have been relaxed, friendly, and still professional. They have a phone app that lets you see your history, request script renewals, and message your provider, or another provider if yours isn't available."

"One Medical has been perfect for pediatrician care of my newborn. Bertha listens carefully to all our concerns and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have a very nice lactation and changing room if needed. One Medical also has urgent video care available which is a huge plus with a newborn."

"Incredible PCP Dr. Joanne Debrah. Friendly, smart & caring staff combined with a clean modern office and convenience of on sight blood draws by a trained phlebotomist, make this medical practice by far the best. FYI One Medical is a unique “membership” based doctor with an annual fee of around $175. So it may not be for everyone. I also debated paying for this option just to go, but finally decided to give it a try when I grew tired of primary care doctors with long waits, impossible scheduling and once there... very little time spent with you during the visit. I felt lucky if they even looked at my chart before they were in the room with me. I have experienced a totally different experience with One Medical so far! My new provider Dr. Debrah has been top notch. So far she is thorough, intelligent and insightful. I was nervous switching providers while coming out of a major multi-level spine surgery, so it has absolutely been a relief to have Dr. Debrah’s support with the post op complications."
