"Dr Steven's is absolutely wonderful! I'm a first time mom to a new born and she never makes me feel stupid for any of my questions and she has been taking my son's stomach issues very seriously and is always reassures me that I'm doing a good job as a mom.. it's very nice having a dr for my baby who seems like she actually cares and that he's not just a patient"
"Very caring staff who took their time during my annual physical to answer and address all my issues. Kimberly is a very sharp RNP who notices things I wasn't aware of e.g. early signs of cataracts is one example. AVIVA has a program for chronic issues that rocks. My previous Dr at another facility wasen't half as good as Kimberly. This is why I prefer Nurse Practitioners over drs RNPs are not wanna be Dr's they are very well trained practitioners who work with a doctor."
"I have always found courteous people at Myrtle Creek and competent care from my Nurse Practitioner. l am a retired RN so know what the standard of care should be and I will continue to have my medical needs covered by the Nurse Practitioner at this facility. Caren"
"BEWARE Paula Cramer nurse practioner should not be practicing medicine. I have been diagnosed with sebaceous cysts along my spine. Each filled with nerve clusters causing emense pain. I came into see Paula Cramer nurse practioner and after she very rudely shoved her two fingers into my smallest but most painful cyst causing me to wince (high pain tolerance and all) she then said there's nothing there. And that all cysts have openings leading out to the service of the skin. Which is highly inaccurate. I informed her at this point that not all cysts leave openings above the skin. She made a disgusted face at me, as if saying "how dare you act like you know anything about this condition you've had for years..." I went to the ER no less than 30 minutes later. The drive to Roseburg from myrtle creek. Because the pain is so intense i couldn't sit at all. The cysts were untouchable. The ER put me on the"fast track list" I was seen within 20 minutes even though the emergency room had no less than 15 people in it waiting. I obviously was serious enough to be seen before them. The doctor there confirmed I have multiple sebaceous cysts and will need them removed. So thank you for potentially costing me my life Paula Cramer. I hope this message finds you and everyone who comes to see you. BEWARE"
