"One Peak in Grants Pass has gone down the drain. Like many others who are stating the nutritionist "forgot" to send for their medication, it has also happened to me. Once can be an inconvenience and ok, but it's consistent. Especially frustrating since I have paid 2 weeks or more in advance to make sure it is there when I have my appt. I was also assigned to April and never once got to see her and the front office staff are horrendous . The only saving grace right now is Johanna who is my provider and so far seems to be great."
"This place was very nice when it first came to GP, but this last year it has been disappointing. This office has become a revolving door for office staff, and the overall atmosphere is tense and disorganized. It is difficult to connect with staff for scheduling and pricing quotes, and they offten book the wrong day/time/appointment type. I do not recommend the Grants Pass location. UPDATE: Though OnePeak has contacted me below, they are unresponsive at that email address."
"I always received excellent care while i was being seen at the white city location. Ever since switching to Grants Pass, it has been a complete mess. There was a period of time where the computer systems were being changed and you could not reach the office unless you showed up there in person. Call back times were sometimes 2 weeks. I had a test done right before I changed locations and no one ever set up any follow up with the results. I pressed the issue and was told that the provider who had ordered it needed to be the one to review it. I made the call to the old office and they denied that fact and told me to set up with my new provider. I recently did so, explained the whole situation with the scheduling staff and they assured me this appointment would work out just fine. I even offered to personally send the lab results bc none of my previous labs are even loaded on the new system, also to give my provider time to review the labs, they declined and said they would handle it. I showed up for my appointment today to be turned away bc their copy of the labs wasn't in color, which indicates different results. I said well, I have it here on my phone, in color, we can go off of this. After the receptionist conversed with my provider I was still turned away bc she actually doesn't know how to read the test results at all and needs to consult with the lab. Good thing I tried to bring that point up while setting up this appointment. This lab is 8 months old and probably obsolete at this time, good thing I paid almost $500 out of pocket for it and still haven't had anyone discuss the results with me. I had other questions for my provider and asked if I could still ask her those while i was there, I was told no bc my insurance won't cover it. The receptionist was pretty rude while discussing this with her and I walked out of there very stressed out, which is the opposite of what I'm trying to accomplish by going to OnePeak. It's extremely frustrating to say the least. Where's the compassion and humanity? I am now being redirected back to the old office to hopefully get some insight and will likely be switching my care back to them. It's sad to say, but it's worth the drive."
"This is my second time posting regarding my patient care experience. I initially saw April Theisen and that was a disaster. Was impressed to have the clinical director reach out and try to rectify the situation by moving me to the most incredible provider - Becca Meek. Unfortunately, she left One Peak and I got moved again to another provider. While waiting for that appointment two months out, I went in to pick up my medicine. It was ordered four weeks prior and I was told it could be another two weeks. Typically, that is no big deal but I asked them to please call and check with a more specific estimated time of arrival, since I am completely out of my medicine. (I told them I would wait in office since I can never get a hold of this office via the phone). When the nutritionist finally got back to me, she stated they forgot to order it and it would be another 4-6 weeks before my medicine would come in! This is so dangerous as it would then be a total of 8-10 weeks of not having my medication in my system and I would have to start over at square one! I asked for a refund and canceled all further appointments. The cherry on top? When I called to request my medical records by telephone, no one answered. Confirmation that I am doing the right thing by switching healthcare providers...."
"My provider at OnePeak was great. No complaints there. However, the office staff is ridiculous. They don't answer phones, return calls or follow up with referrals. You have to call repeatedly to get them to do anything. They set me up with a telehealth call after my ER visit with a provider in TEXAS who doesn't take my insurance and then didn't call me back when that provider canceled my appointment 10 minutes before the appointment. I missed a class for nothing, this was one of many terrible experiences here. I do not recommend them."
