"Worst clinic to get in. Never answer the phone, and scheduling online is impossible"
"Extremely frustrating here in the Gp Clinic the ladies at the desk are amazing and the lady that does Labs is amazing We hardly get to see my husband‘s primary doctor because she’s always gone he put in a refill for his medication and here it’s been 2 1/2 weeks later still no response that his doctor renewed it and it’s his heart medication Why aren’t OUR Veterans getting proper care THEY ALL DESERVE !!!!!"
"This VA clinic is the very worst I've been to. I used the VA in Phoenix before it was corrected and recieved better treatment.. I guess we should be happy with our treatment we recieve at this clinic but it's hard to see the docs there. I'm thinking white city may be a better choice."
"So far I am happy with my level of service here. Communication could be a bit faster (a phone call vs a postcard on an X Ray result) but I am also a reestablishing patient and hadn't even met my PC yet, that could be the reason. However they are very fast to get you going. Joe on one of the other teams is a tremendous help and resource. I did bump heads with one of the nurses on getting a referral for care outside the VA, but one must remember its is the VA and they must go through the steps and follow the procedures. It's up to you to speak up if the service is not beneficial or not at an acceptable level. Once I spoke up and held my ground it was smooth sailing. I don't think of the doctor's office as a customer/provider situation but rather a partnership for my health. I feel like many of the people there feel the same way."
"This clinic is hard to review, it's a mixed bag. I've been in the clinic when an older woman at the front desk was reaming out one of our veterans on the phone becaue his ride to the clinic had fallen through. She spent a number of minutes coming down on him like a school marm with a raised voice. Another time a older nurse yelled at my husband because he did not understand if he was to take his pills (must take with food) for a fasting lab. The doctors and most of the others are very professional and leave you feeling cared for. Some are really great and deserve five stars. As a whole it does not look like the the clinic has a high standard, but some individuals have a high standard of caring - others not so much and still other not at all. This clinic is just a mixed bag."
