Reviews
"Horrible experience. Largely due to awful communication from office staff. The provider experience is subjective, decent experience with one and and very poor with another. Go elsewhere if you can."
"Life changing!"
"I am surprised by these reviews! I have never had an issue working with this practice. Brittany has been very knowledgeable. When asking her to fax over information, she does it. Relay information to Dr.Babe, she does it. She is a wonderful addition to Triskillion! As for the service, I cannot thank Dr.Babe enough for his knowledge, efficiency, and caring dameanor. He is hands down THE best doctor I have come across in the vast world of medicine. I had some concerns for my loved one and Dr.Babe called me the same day and spoke to me on the phone for a good 20 minutes; because he cares about his patients. He does not deserve those one stars and shame on you both stamping a 1 star on this practice for not doing your research on who your insurance is contracted/in network with; It is ultimately in your hands to be sure your insurance is! Do not believe them. Trust me, you are in wonderful hands at Triskillion and I strongly feel this way and recommend those who need the best mental health physician or medical team available."
"I found this place through my insurance provider's website, so I called in August to make my first appointment. When I called, the receptionist Brittany told me that the doctor I would be seeing was new to the practice, and did not have all of her insurance setup complete, but that my insurance was in network with the office. She told me that if Carol didn't end up being in network with my insurance, they would write it off. I visited the office only twice, once in August and once in September because the "therapy" I was receiving was not worth my time. Carol Georgeson was the doctor I saw, and the first visit went okay. It was more of an introductory meeting and she seemed like she may have some merit as a counselor. However, at the second appointment, she kept asking me questions that interrupted my answers to the previous ones. She completely ignored any of my current issues. At one point, she actually suggested that I should consider becoming religious. She seemed distracted the entire visit and made it clear that she would rather I find solutions for my problem in church than in therapy. This comes across as very lazy and is very disappointing advice coming from a "doctor". Overall, the visits I had with her were very ineffective. I can't say how the other doctors work with their patients, but she was very disappointing. In addition to all of this, even though I was told at my fist visit not to worry about whether my insurance was accepted by her because it would be written off by the practice, I received a $270 bill last week because, lo and behold, she didn't take my insurance at the time of service. I called their office today to resolve this issue, and Angie, the person in charge of billing, let me know in a rather rude tone that I was told I would have to do a "single case" arrangement in order to get the services paid for. No one at that office, including the receptionist I initially spoke to schedule my appointment or the therapist I saw, ever told me of such a thing. Angie insisted that "it was noted" that I agreed to this and that I was notified that Carol did not accept my insurance. Overall, this place treats patients terribly. Carol wasn't rude, but her services weren't worth anything, let alone $270. The receptionist has never been rude, but for her to note that she disclosed that my insurance was out of network when that never happened is very disappointing. Angie, the person in charge of billing, was rude to me as soon as I was transferred to her, before I even explained the situation. Overall, if you're looking for quality therapy and integrity, steer clear of this place."
"Go anywhere else. Literally, anywhere else. I wholeheartedly can say I've never experienced worse service in my entire life. To make matters worse, the receptionist, Brittany, lied to me and said it was in network."
