"I had a very positive experience with benchmark @ West Salem courthouse Receptionist was always pleasant and very helpful and welcoming. I met 3 of the therapists they each took the time to explain to me the muscle groups, nature of my injury and proposed exercises that helped me (as soon as I started doing them regularly at home ), since I had not really done any exercises like these I would take a week or longer before I would schedule another session. Also The app was a little difficult to get in initially I persisted on getting it to work Once I did that it was much easy to do the therapy, I still have to use it and it is very beneficial if patients want to do the exercises at home."
