"I would like to start with saying my childrens' doctor is amazing, Dr King is absolutely fantastic and caring. However, their reception staff and whoever is responsible for the patient portal needs some help. It takes forever to get through on the phone and you're constantly being redirected to the patient portal. The patient portal is a joke. I honestly think you're directed there so that they can forget about you. I was directed there so that I could send information to the triage nurse and they never got back to me. My daughter got to suffer until I gave up and went somewhere else a couple days later."

"I never write reviews but in this case I feel the need. This clinic is a joke. The wait times to call and make an appointment are ridiculous. Every time I take my children there, there is multiple girls working the desk and chatting with each other while phones ring. Dr Griffin forgot to send my son’s medication in and he’s very sick. Tried calling them to get it fixed and they said he sent it over and the pharmacy is still saying they have nothing, after another whole day. Now to get ahold of them I have to wait on hold for another 20 mins. I am a single mom and have to find the time during my work hours to sort things out. So much time wasted. If you are looking for a pediatrician I would avoid this place at all costs. Go to a smaller practice where they can address your needs and actually help you."

"I submitted a new patient request form via their website, called daily for two weeks (no one answered a single time), and completed an online contact request form on their website. Not a word in response from this office still after almost 3 weeks. I found a provider for my child elsewhere that was far more responsive. I am underwhelmed and unimpressed and would not bring my child here due to this unprofessional approach and lack of communication. Not impressed."

"Call to leave message for doctor about ear infection concerns. Wait on hold for 46 minutes and was then told someone will call me back. Nurse calls back about 3 hours later and says they will talk to doctor and call back. Nurse calls back next morning and leaves a voice-mail and says they have a message from the doctor but don't say what the message is. They say to give them a call back or they will try later. Call clinic back, wait on hold 25 minutes. Reception answers and is very short and quick and says that a Nurse has to call me back and that only a nurse can read the message. I asked to please be transferred to the care team and was told they don't do that. Left message on portal months ago that was never responded to so we refuse to use the portal. This is what happens every time. We like our doctor but the clinic is just too busy and too hard to get a hold of anyone. Receptionists are unfriendly and most of the nurses seem young and lacking experience. The office has been very dirty our last couple visits as well. We are looking for a new clinic."

"Prepare to wait.... When you make an appointment you have to be prepared to wait at least an hour after your appointment is made/set. Even when you call to ask a question, have a concern or to set up another appointment, your waiting an hour+ on hold. This is not professional. There is no reason why a 15min appointment takes an hour to get through after an hour of waiting to be seen. Especially if people have to return to work after your childs appointment"
