"Not at all happy with Lisa. I shared some things and she took it way out of proportion and also lied about what I said when she reported it to who she felt she needed to. She then immediately dropped me without making sure I had proper medical care and refused to talk to me about it."
"Back in 2019 or thereabouts my husband seen Wendy wan. He had Canceled one evening before an appointment because I ended up having an appointment at the same the next morning for a follow up for a HYSTERECTOMY and didn’t realize it was at the same time, but because it wasn’t the full 24 hours they charged him the full price of the appointment . Absolutely no compassion for him or me 2 days after surgery. Wouldn’t recommend."
"Beware - they will not treat you if you are Autistic because it is "too complicated," for them. It does not matter to them if you are not seeking their services for other conditions (e.g. ADHD and anxiety), if one of your diagnosis' is Autism, they will NOT treat you because that means you have a "complex constellation of diagnosis," according to the owner R. Scott Babe. Beware of their discriminatory practice. Also beware that if they deem they cannot treat you, they will terminate you without warning and without bridge of care."
"I have been coming to Triskelion since 2018 and I have not been more impressed with a therapeutic office. The staff are friendly and prompt checking me in and they are kind to offer coffee or water while I wait for your appointment. They even call ME to check-in and help set up appointments. They're great about trying to help me find a consistent appointment day and time that works for my schedule. They even offer telehealth appointments if I am not wanting or able to leave the comfort of my home. Triskelion offers a wide range of treatment options with excellent Dr's and staff who emit true care and concern for their patients. I have not felt more heard and seen in a therapeutic setting in my near 40 years of life. When I leave a session I feel a sense of direction and increased self awareness. I would recommend Triskelion to anyone who is facing (or has previously faced) struggles of life that have been hard to process alone. In the years I have been visiting their office, I have grown exponentially in my mental and emotional well being."
"Terrible management and handling of patients. The Dr. I saw was great but the lack of communication from the processing of things was atrocious. I was prescribed medication and had a few appointments to follow up and determine the right dosages. I was then told to check back in if I needed anything changed or if something wasn't working. 2 months go by and I receive a letter saying that if I wish to be a patient that I have to respond within 2 weeks. I call and they tell me that I have already been closed out as a patient. When asked what my options are I am told I need to find a new prescriber and that I will no longer be able to get refills. None of my medications are controlled, they are for managing depression and anxiety. And now I will have to try and find somewhere accepting new patients, and get a new rx before this month runs out. It was never explained that I needed to check in beyond asking for a dosage change or if the medication wasnt working. That is not even the most frustrating part, it is that they gave me 2 weeks to call and check in to continue being an "active patient" and when I called back well before the 2 weeks I was told I was already closed out. I then asked for a copy of my formal diagnosis, as my primary care said they would write me a rx if there was documents stating about my depression and anxiety and med history, ect. When I asked for this they told me it would be a process and made excuses as to why it would take a while to make happen even though I already signed a form of release to share that information. While the doctors are great, or at least the one I saw there is a HUGE lack of communication and the entire office and their handlings of documents is highly unprofessional."
