"I highly recommend Helen and her staff. You're not treated as a number, but a person. I felt "right at home". You're given a personalized plan the whole staff takes in accomplishing your rehab. I wasn't made to feel like I had to do anything that was uncomfortable. I actually looked forward to going to my appointments. I also was so impressed with some of the equipment I used there, that I purchased like items to continue using at home. Helen also has excellent advice/ideas on nutrition and healthy eating habits.
