"I want to recognize Dr. Hella Nordberg for her excellent, friendly bedside manner and informative discussion. Her greeting of “sorry you have to be here today” was compassionate and delightful. She is a skilled physician and a joy to interact with. Please tell her I said so. Additionally, the check-in nurse for urgent care was very helpful when I had an additional question I wanted to ask before determining if I needed to check in to Urgent Care today. I don’t remember his name, Carlos, perhaps. He was also very friendly and helpful."
