"I was taken in right on time and had a good and informative meeting with Kevin at the Kaiser Location. I then proceeded to the State Street location to get my chilling unit and a brace. Showed up at a few minutes past five and they were able to satisfy my request even after the closing time. So far Hope has given me Hope in a good outcome.
