"My PCP recommended I go here after an on the job injury, and am honestly shocked they recommended them. I got into a car accident while at work on 1/12 and since then have only been seen once. During my visit I let the girl taking my vitals know that I am 8 months pregnant and it looked like she made a note of it. When I talked to the doctor during my appointment and mentioned I was pregnant she snapped at me pretty rudely saying she didn’t know I was pregnant meaning it either didn’t get written In my notes or she just didn’t bother to read the notes. I then scheduled another appointment for 10 days later as the doctor suggested and got a call an hour before my appointment letting me know they scheduled me with the wrong physician and I’d need to reschedule for the next week. If this alone wasn’t frustrating enough I then get a call this week from the physical therapist they referred me to, also an hour before my appointment, informing me my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to the therapist calling out that day. It’s been almost a month since my accident and I’ve literally received no help for my pain and basically just wasted my time coming here. I’m currently in the process of switching clinics, and advise others to either do the same, or just not come here in the first place."

"I got the expected help and the doctors are very helpful. The front desk male is always rude to people who come in. I understand having to explain things to patients often but he is not patient at all and talks disorderly to patients. I hope somebody can look into it because it’s not okay for people to be talked to that way when they have a question."
