"I started at the Chase Gardens OMG a couple of months ago. I’ve found the office to be very efficient and everyone seems very nice. I liked both Dr Ford and Dr Birang and neither rushed me through my appointment (as some Dr’s seem/have to do). Dr Birang, my PCP, spent a lot of time during my 1st appointment getting my rather extensive medical information. I really liked her caring about me and also her sense of humor. I am impressed and would recommend this office."

"I haven't been seen at OMG for at least four months. I received a small bill during that time, which surprised me since I always pay copays through the app and I never carry a balance. I called their billing department to ask about the charge and they said my account showed no balance (just as in the app), and that the bill was likely a mistake or outdated. I didn't receive any subsequent correspondence of any kind. At the beginning of this month I received a letter from a debt collection agency for $42 from an OMG visit last December, eight months ago. Though there are many kind and helpful people working at Oregon Medical Group, I would recommend steering clear of them."

"Having to wait on the phone for over 40 minutes to ask about paperwork being ready is unacceptable. This is a regular occurrence with this location. No one answers phones when it comes to appointment, questions, etc. I was at this location yesterday and saw 10+ people in the reception area... does everyone have the day off today? I finally had to give up so I wouldn't have to listen to the God awful waiting music"

"I have been with this Medical Group Since it was behind the McKenzie Willamette Hospital so for 20+ years. They have been my doctors through Spinal meningitis Encephalitis and Cancer Amoung other things. I would never trust my Health to another Medical Group."
