"Had an appointment for my 4 year old. The nurse and Dan, the physician’s assistant, were outstanding with him. I really appreciated it. Thank you!"
"I arrive and was immediately helped by the very nice receptionist. My appt was on time and the Doctor I saw was very kind and listened to my concerns. He checked out my concerns and made prognosis . Wrote me prescriptions and off I went. I was very happy with my treatment !"
"I have called and emailed the care hotline and have yet to hear back. I am appalled at the treatment I have received at Crescent Clinic. The provider that I saw did not do one thing for me. She didn't even run basic tests, such as a throat culture or blood test to check for infection or mono. She made no effort to rule out for anything. Then, she wrote in her chart notes that she offered to do these things but that I denied her offers. She claimed to have offered me a bunch of interventions that she in fact did not offer me. She also lied about the duration of my illness, making it seem that I have only been sick for a few days. It has been ongoing for a week and is getting worse. Since this doctor did nothing for me (and I mean nothing), I immediately headed to the ER, and they definitely figured out some things. They ran basic tests for starters. They gave me medications to manage symptoms and treat underlying issues, which are not trivial. They made a referral for me to be seen by a specialist without me having to beg for it. And, I am fairly certain that their chart notes don't say anything about me "denying" care. As evidenced by my immediate visit to the ER, I am not in a pattern of denying care. The doctor that I saw at OMG Crescent has essentially committed a form of fraud, in my opinion, and has most definitely not adhered to any sort of hypocritic oath. She trivialized my symptoms and to be honest, treated me as if I were a piece of garbage. This medical "professional" should have provided me baseline care and she should not have lied in her chart notes in an effort to cover her tale. At this point, I am tempted to record all of my visits going forward because this doctor has completely eroded my trust. My background is in healthcare. I certainly wasn't in my professional attire at my office visit. I am sick and not looking my best. And, I just wanted help which includes being treated with dignity and getting basic care. This doctor is paid to do a job. I pay for a portion of her wage via private health insurance and the reimbursements they provide to this facility. I am not sure what sort of billing code was used for my visit because the doctor didn't do much of anything medically related, outside of a chat. And, any sane person would conclude that she was negligent in doing her job. If I behaved in the manner that this provider did or recorded falsities within a medical record, I would be fired, and rightfully so. I am tempted to contact the board on her but will await a phone call from OMG to see if they can at minimum, teach the doctor that I saw, how to provide baseline care and write an honest and accurate, non-fraudulant chart note."
"This practice is a nightmare to deal with. The staff is extremely rude and so incredibly hard to get in touch with. To get medications refilled you have to track them down because they ignore portal messages and sit on hold for extremely long times and if the pharmacy needs more information to refill prescriptions then they never return the calls and when you call in to try and get them to call the pharmacy they say they’ll do it when they get time and won’t give you an answer on time frame even if you’re out of your medication and have been waiting for them to refill it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever come here."
"I’ve been trying to get an appointment for weeks about my depression and they keep hanging up on me after putting me on hold for almost an hour. I hate this place"
