"Was told by Dr. Brianna that I was fat, and all my problems stemmed from being overweight. I suspected hypoglycemia because of episodes where I'd almost pass out after not eating for a while. So she wanted to put me on ANTI SEIZURE medication to make me lose weight! She did give me a diabetes blood test, but that's not what I asked for. And now I've waited months for a sleep apnea test to be done, because I'm so "overweight" that my bad sleeping is also causing glycemic issues? I'm actually average weight for my height, maybe it's a little extra, but I went home and cried for a while, and was legitimately depressed for about a week over how she had called me fat."

"One star for how clean they keep everything and the staff is always nice and helpful. There are some things i hate; one is how unfriendly and unsupported some nurses or doctors make new mamas feel about breastfeeding is like they want you to formula feed your baby, especially with that crapy enfamil formula, they will never tolerate that ypu only breasfeed. Second, it's the paper work they ask us to fill out, knowing that is for kids, and with all the technology, they should email those papers to have filled before appointments. It's almost impossible to properly fill all the questions while trying to watch two toddlers. The second is that the phone number. In order to ask a question or to make an appointment one must go through RiverStone clinic line where they make you wait for 30 mins or more to connect you. And you never actuallytalk to this clinic just riverstone."

"Dr. Crispen should not be a doctor!! By far the absolute worst experience my wife and son have ever had. Didn’t want to listen to any of my wife’s concerns for our son and told my wife it’s just the way we’re raising him and it’s the parents fault(my wife and I). Then proceeded to yell at our 4 year old son because he was pushing buttons on the TV remote causing him to cry. HE’S 4!!!! He should be fired immediately for the way he treats his patients."

"The phone system has always been bad, but it's been much better in recent months, so I've upgraded my review again. This is one of the best general medical practices I've been to since being on the Oregon Health Plan. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, new, and attractive, and the staff are always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room or exam room, and the only provider who was ever unpleasant or didn't listen was Jason Roberts. The others have all been great. Unlike my previous doctor's office (River Road Medical Group), no one (except Jason Roberts) has ever been dismissive, condescending, or rude to me. I have seen 4 different doctors and 2 different nurse practitioners, and only ever had trouble with that one. My current doctor is awesome, and I hope he stsys a long time."

"Dr Roberts has been a physician of mine for many years. He is the best doctor I've ever had. he takes the time to talk to me about what's going on. never makes me feel rushed and helps me with any issues I may have with my medicines or insulins or issues I may have with them.he is truly the best. I am truly glad I have him. The front desk is always courteous and helpful have never had a problem at that Delta owns clinic with anybody and his nurse is absolutely fabulous she's also just as helpful and kind and compassionate as anyone could ask for."
