"Usually peace health pediatrics is awesome and helpful. Not sure what has happened recently but their call system needs to be looked at. The last few times I have called to make appointments. Their receptionist answering team has taken it upon themselves to hang up on patients. Waiting for 15 minutes on hold to try and address concerns only to be hung up on makes me seriously think of looking for a better office. I have never met someone that would place the wellbeing of a child on the back burner to prove their point. Do better Peace Health"
"If you prefer to be a number instead of a patient come here. If you never want to see the same doctor or nurses, even when you schedule months in advance, come here. Do you like being part of the corporate cog? This is your place. Unfortunately, I have children not robots, so we thankfully have found an office that treats us are such."
