"Scheduling was easy. Unfortunately, the online check-in system became unresponsive on section 8 of 9, so I was unable to complete it and had to redo the paperwork when I got there. Dr. Sethi performed a thorough physical exam, and listened carefully. He explained the limits of care available through the Urgent Care system, and wrote lab referrals to help me get the answers I needed. My nurse, Julie, was a superb advocate and helped me get the care I needed by scheduling a referral and getting my lab orders in hard copy. She was professional, caring, and the advocate I really needed today. I’d recommend this Urgent Care based on her care alone."

"I came right at 9:00 when they opened without an appointment, they were able to see me, test for strep throat and have me on my way within 40 minutes. $160 for office visit and $25 for strep test. Cindy was nice and efficient and Dr. Sethi was okay. Thank you for helping me!"

"The doctor, nurse and front end staff are amazing. They do not take care credit, which they didn't know until after the appointment that the office doesn't take it. The care was great however so no complaints here."

"Incompetent at best, prescribed massive amounts of over the counter pain killers, that would counter act my current regular Dr prescription that I'm on. Said it's a sprain, NOT! I've had it for 2 months. Told me have I thought about a different job? First thing outta his mouth when he walked in the room. What a joke. Voodoo medicine at best."
